STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY


The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. 

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.

If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total price 5 days before arrival.

CHECK-IN TIME

Check-in is available between 15:00h and 19:00h.

Should you anticipate arriving outside of this timeframe, please ensure to notify the hotel in advance.

For guests requiring an early arrival, kindly reach out to the hotel if you need assistance with luggage storage.

Please be advised that for late arrivals, a late check-in fee will be incurred as follows:

Between 20:00h and 22:00h -- €40
Between 22:00h and 00:00h -- €50
Between 00:00h and 02:00h -- €60
Between 02:00h and 03:00h -- €70
Between 03:00h and 06:00h -- €100

COTS AND EXTRA BEDS

Children under 2 years old can stay in cots. Cots cost 15€ per night.

Extra beds are charged at 25 euros per person per night.
